It's WAT's birthday! 

It's "One Colorful Day" because we invite participants to dress colorfully, as a symbol of breaking through the male-dominant, professional monotone in architecture circle.

Today, let's celebrate diversity by wearing a splendid array of colors!

It's also a nice day ("好日") that belongs to women, since the phrase "women" in Chinese—"女子", together will make the word "nice" (好).
